At OneKure, we are a digital healthcare services marketplace designed to connect individuals with verified healthcare providers. As a platform, we do not sell or ship physical goods, and we do not handle the delivery of any medical or healthcare services ourselves.

Our Role

OneKure serves as a facilitator between users and independent healthcare providers. We:

  • Help users discover and connect with relevant healthcare professionals and services.
  • Enable the booking or request of services via our platform or mobile app.
  • Charge a service or convenience fee for the use of our platform and tools.

No Shipping Involved

Since OneKure is a service-based digital platform, there is:

  • No shipping of goods or physical items.
  • No delivery logistics managed by OneKure.

All service provision is handled directly by third-party providers (doctors, clinics, labs, etc.), and any arrangements regarding physical goods (e.g., medical test kits, prescriptions, lab samples) are managed between the provider and the user, if applicable.

Service Fulfillment

  • OneKure is not responsible for the timeliness, quality, or delivery of any service or item provided by third parties.
  • All service-related fulfillment (including appointment timing, availability, in-person or virtual delivery, and post-service follow-up) is the responsibility of the respective healthcare provider.
  • OneKure ensures that only vetted and verified providers are listed on our platform, but we do not guarantee or manage the actual provision of care.
