At OneKure, we operate as a digital healthcare services marketplace. Our platform enables users to book services with third-party healthcare providers. We charge a service or convenience fee for the use of our platform and technology.
Cancellation by Users
- Users may cancel booked appointments or service requests directly through the platform, subject to the cancellation policies of the individual healthcare provider.
- Any cancellation fees or refund eligibility are determined by the provider and not by OneKure.
- OneKure’s service fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, unless the issue arises due to a system error or provider unavailability.
Cancellation by Providers
In rare cases, if a healthcare provider cancels a confirmed booking, users may either:
- Reschedule with the same or a different provider, or
- Request a refund of any service fees charged by OneKure (if no rescheduling is possible).
Refund Process
- If applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
