At OneKure, we respect your right to discontinue using our platform and provide a clear account deletion process for users.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your OneKure account:
- 1. Submit an account deletion request through the app or website.
- 2. Complete the One-Time Password (OTP) verification process sent to your registered mobile number or email.
- 3. Upon successful verification, your request will be processed within 3–5 working days.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account will be permanently disabled. You will no longer have access to the platform.
- You will no longer receive communications from OneKure.
- Your user profile will be deactivated and hidden from all providers and users on the platform.

However, as per OneKure’s internal data retention policies, data collected during your use of the app remains the property of OneKure and may be retained in an archived format for:
- Regulatory compliance,
- Security purposes,
- Fraud prevention,
- Service audits and analytics (in anonymized form).
Reactivation
Account reactivation is not possible after deletion. You may create a new account using a different email or mobile number.
